Laptaria
A curious species of the skies that is both bird and turtle, whose shell is a large cloud. These solitary creatures prefer to spend their days peacefully above the clouds, and sleep inside them at night. As such, they are rarely seen.

's pokemon hybrid contest zorah4321.deviantart.com/journ… and actually, this was the first time I had heard about making pokemon hybrids.
I think it's such a cool idea!
I had to try it out for myself straight away, and it was great fun choosing which pokemon to use and coming up with a design.
